Building of a Revolutionary Environmental Application to clean up the World

Our project plan is achievable, realistic and designed to create a synergy in development and problem-solving outcomes. The focus of the project team to create something meeting the objectives of the project in the most efficient way. Any links or dependencies between work outcomes or milestones are noted and identified. A communicating project team will ameliorate unforeseen issues and these managed and best outcomes sought.

The project management role is completed by the project’s technical lead, having conceived the architecture, purpose and scope of the project. Residing locally, the technical project manager using progressive and intuitive project management tools will document, report and close on all issues/dependencies ensuring best outcomes are earned for the team, project, stakeholders and environment.

The technical lead will take responsibility for the project with assistance of a team of developers, IT and other professionals. The technical architecture will allow the project to be broken down into manageable modules allowing for independent development, testing and finally iteration into the project proper. Relevant project management tools, depending on size of team, will be utilized to understand usual project management bottlenecks including an understanding of prerequisites and where a pre-existing opensource software base may be used in some non-critical development.

The architecture defines a number of modules of software development. These can be completed simultaneously or in series depending on what resources the project has access to, and is allocated. Further, detail in respect of detailed project plan will be provided as this process proceeds, and when an understanding of resource allocation is shared in full.

This view should be considered as a guide, and thus changeable. The reader should consider the diagrams a starting point as to the services and functionality considered necessary to encapsulate the global ALL, into independent but change causing action around local and global environmentalism.

Although we offer a totally new approach to environmental action and results, our PaaS is built on technologies well known and understood. The innovation is the speciation! The bringing together of well understood technology in the service of a different application or applications. This approach is new and has not been executed in favour of the environment previously, although this approach, using a PaaS architecture, revolutionised many industries including Music and Media, Accommodation, Advertising, HR, Sales and many more.
